The End of Summer 2008

Now that summer is coming to an end, its the perfect time to end with a poem by Brittany, that talks about the months that went by.

Summer Of Thinking!!!

the summer went fine
birds still fly
i had a chance to recline

summer vacation has no regrets
i broke up with my boy friend
i went a little crazy

schools almost here
i have no fears
my future is clear

things are much simpler
living is easier
i am still here

don't forget
this is me
i am still thinking

what do i want?

i don't know
but hope to soon

all i know now is....
life doesn't always go the way i plan

i try to find the words in person
i want to tell you "i love you"
but how?

your 100% human
0% negative
90% predictable
99.5% lovable

but saving a life
doesn't always mean stopping someone from death

it can can also mean
helping someone from making stupid decisions
like i have

thanks for helping me along the way

what just tell me already

i am hear to listen to your words of pain or happiness
what ever you want to say

just remember i ain't afraid
say what you need to say

summer may be over
but my love for you
will never ever be done for

Be Like Bolt

Anyone else watching the Beijing Olympics? If you're like me, as much as I can get.

But even if you dont, the two names you MUST have heard this summer have to be Michael Phelps (swimming) and Usain Bolt (sprinting). If not, shame on you!
